We operate with little to no inventory. Therefore most of our pens are produced on demand. With production starting the moment you place your order.
Production takes 10 to 20 days depending on order volume. Shipping takes 3 to 5 days.
Currently the average delivery time is about 14 days, more depending on the volume of orders we receive.
The production of our pens is a long and demanding process that requires the right time, so if you need to receive your pen for a specific date/event be aware of that when placing your order.
In case of delays or unexpected events we will contact you and update you on the status of your order.
